Christmas Wreath.The burgundy rope is just wrapped around and can be removed easily. The decorations at the top are just an assembly of items that I had in my craft box attached to a hair clip and then attached to the wreath. So get ready to create a base wreath of neutral tones that can be dressed up for any season or special occasion. |

| You will need a wreath form, yarns of neutral tones, hot glue and wine corks. |

| I chose to use a wooden base for my wreath and cover it with quilt batting. The Styrofoam wreaths were $7.00 each and the wooden base was only $2.00. I am actually quite pleased with my 2nd choice as the end result is softer and easier to attach the accessories to. |

| This yarn is not shown in the original picture. I picked a cheap yarn to cover the whole wreath. Some of the batting poked through in places but I was OK with that since I would be layering other yarns. I found the easiest way to wrap the wreath was to make small yarn balls and wrap it in sections while in my lap, watching TV. This picture is just the beginning of me making a yarn ball. |

| Now wrap your wreath with as much or little of your decorative yarns. |

| Last but not least I added some wine corks. I did this with a fringe yarn and hot glue. If you don't have wine corks you can use any fun earthy item to create depth. I have thought of using a bundle of sticks, pine cones, large wooden beads. Be creative and up-cycle what you already have. |
